Erik Kynard, who won the silver medal in high jump at the London Olympics, speaks to teens at the West Toledo YMCA. Kynard, 21, a Toledo native, told them they should pursue their dreams and have confidence in themselves. "I just believe that I’m God’s absolute best. With faith, hard work and dedication, I believe I can accomplish anything," said Kynard, a Rogers High School graduate and a senior at Kansas State University.
